Technical details of the next PureView device? (updated)
We've obviously run into the slow news season again. Many visitors seem to have seen enough amazing Nokia 808 PureView close-ups and crops and Lumia 920 night shots or HDR results.
I'm eagerly waiting for the Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One and even Blackberry Z10, to compare their cameras to both Nokia's PureView devices, but I'll have to be more patient it seems (although I know the S4 is closing in).
So what about the next PureView device? I don't know, but my friends over at MyNokiaBlog appear to have a trusted source, who claims "Nokia is currently working/testing on two different models of the EOS, which have the same specs but a different processor a: Dual Core version , and a Quad core running the latest Snapdragon 800; the main issue appears to be the poor battery performance of the quad core variant which might ultimately lead to releasing a dual core variant."
I'm not going to quote the full article here, just show you the technical details they are highlighting in their post - for the full story go here.
- Dual/Quad Core
- 41Mp, OIS, LED, Xenon

I liked their shot so much I borrowed it as well (hope you don't mind @AliQudsi :-)
You'll find some interesting rumours over at The Verge: the new Lumia PureView device could be launched in july, and this could be an early design, or just fake.
