First software update for the Nokia 808 PureView

Just today AllAboutSymbian noticed a first update for the Nokia 808 PureView. I quote: "The Nokia 808 PureView has received its first firmware update, to v112.020.0310, promising 'greater reliability and updated apps'. As that sounds, it's mainly bug fixes, though there's now a scroll bar in Contacts and 'full' resolution photos now have half their previous byte count (around 6MB each, depending on subject)".

update: the last prediction was "a red herring". The update changed the photo setting from "superfine" to normal, so that's why the size appeared to be much smaller.

AAS's Steve Litchfield furthermore writes you can expect smoother scrolling in all applications, full resolution images saving faster in half the file size,  smoother screen auto-rotation , many bug fixes and optimisations. I have no reason to doubt it, but checking for updates my 808 saw no updates available. That might be a question of region, I don't know. Anyway, it's good to know it's on its way (although it does not yet address the limitations of the Gallery).
