Yes, it's live and yes I think you should take a look at Steve Litchfield's videoreview. To tell you the truth, I'm not very fond of videoreviews, but Steve Litchfield Phones Shows distinguish themselves by their constant quality (I wonder if he uses autocue, I could not even think of doing this by heart). Anyway here it is, the long awaited for Phones Show of the Nokia 808 PureView. Enjoy!
On the Dutch website Reizen.nl (Reizen means "to travel"), I found some fantastic pictures made in Jordan made with the Nokia 808 PureView - apparantly he could take one with him on a trip the organisation organized to review it.
The pictures on the site are quite small, so I wrote the photographer Joris van Drooge to ask if I could post them on this site as well. And he was happy to share his pictures in the PureViewClub, so here they are, and I even have the full resolution results on my dedicated Flickr site, where I have created a special set for your convenience (link below).
I've numbered them myself in no particular order. Enjoy!
Well, this is a test you will like. You will find an huge test on TechProlonged.com comparing the video capacities - and much more - of the Nokia 808 PureView, the Nokia N8 and the Samsung Galaxy S III. I can only say it's worth your while! You can find the complete comparison here. For now I will only embed the link the site is offering on YouTube. Enjoy!
I like reviews that are fair - but you know that already. And I found a new one of the Nokia 808 PureView, on a site I have actually (and I'm sorry) never heard of before: Recombu.com - and that stands for REad, COMpare, BUy. Clever enough, and the review is remarkably well written also.
Since I started pointing you to reviews of the Nokia 808 PureView, I don't think I should be childish and ignore the more negative ones. The reviewer of PCMag.com certainly has discovered a lot of positive points about the Nokia 808, but won't hold back on negative issues - and why should he for an expensive device like this.
