This is the second of a series of posts about the shots I captured on a sunny day at a marina not too far away from where I live. Here, you will see the same outside view of the almost empy marina, but now coming from the higher resolutions - from about 16MP up till more than double the resolution from the Nokia 808 PureView and Lumia 1020.
Nokia 808 PureView
This is the first of a series of posts about the shots I captured on a sunny day at a marina in my neighbourhood. I brought no less than 10 smartphones and captured two scenes (outside and inside), in different resolutions if possible. In this first part, you'll see the scene I captured outside. Time for a change, too: in this first post you will only see the resolutions from 5MP to almost 10MP, just because I think it might be time for a different approach.
In this post you will get a bird's eye view on the west part of Amsterdam - captured with the Nokia 808 PureView, the Lumia 1020, Lumia 1520 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 - on a very clear day from the top of the Kalvertoren, a place you'll simply have to visit when you are in town and want a fantastic panoramic view - I posted about this place much earlier.
In this post you will see the Keizersgracht - the Emperor's Channel - in Amsterdam, captured on a bright sunny morning (but not too easy light in fact) with the Nokia 808 PureView, Nokia Lumia 1020, Nokia Lumia 1520 and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (with and without HDR)
